Our pricing is designed to be transparent and fair. All quoted rents include building amenities, concierge service and one parking space. Utility bills (electricity, gas, water, council tax) and broadband are the responsibility of the resident, though we can assist with setting up accounts at competitive rates.
6-month lease: Standard pricing as shown above. Ideal for those who want flexibility while still enjoying a fixed rate during their tenancy.
12-month lease: Receive a 5% discount on your monthly rent for the duration of the agreement. This is our most popular lease term, offering a balance of commitment and savings.
24-month lease: Enjoy a 10% discount on your monthly rent, locking in your rate for two full years. This option is perfect for residents who have found their long-term home and want the best value.
All deposits are protected under a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. Early termination is possible with two months notice and a modest fee — see our FAQ page for full details.
